Returns and Refunds

ART EXISTENT OFFERS NO-HASSLE RETURNS, ON ALL PRODUCTS RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION.

Describe your case and reason for returning. Please include the order number that is found in your confirmation invoice email with us, and whether you would like an exchange or full refund. 

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE

To return or exchange an item, simply return the item to us in their "original condition" within 2 days of receipt. Delivery charges will not be refunded. Also, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

To complete your return, please include whether you want an exchange or refund to us at: support@artexistent.com with your order number

Overall, the order will not be refunded if the product has already been opened.

 

 

TO CANCEL UNPROCESSED ORDERS

You have the right to cancel your unprocessed order for any item purchased from Art Existent, for a full refund.
Cancelling unprocessed orders (within 2 days of ordering the product) must be made in writing with your order number to:  support@artexistent.com before your order ships out.
If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the item to us in its original condition and not opened.
Order cancellations made after an order has been shipped, the customer will be liable for return postage.

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A FAULTY ITEM

If the item you received is faulty, please contact support@artexistent.com with your order number, your name and address, details of the product and why the return is being made, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. Delivery charges will only be refunded if a refund is made. We will assist you on how to proceed with the return. You have 2 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.


YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER

If your order has taken longer than 20-30 days to arrive from dispatch and you have ordered from within the US, feel free to contact us at  support@artexistent.com and we will be able to inform you further and help you out.

If you are elsewhere, please remember that international orders can take up to 20-30 days to arrive to its destination.
However, these time ranges are approximate and products tend to arrive on time.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

Please let us know at  support@artexistent.com and we will try our best to rectify any issues you are experiencing.
